Eligibility: This giveaway is open to established small businesses located in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area. The person entering must be authorized to enter on behalf of the business.
The Prize: One winning business will receive a complimentary professional team headshot session valued at $1,675.
The prize includes professional photography for up to 10 employees at the business's location. The session will take place on a mutually agreed-upon date and is subject to photographer availability.
Additional Employees: The complimentary session covers up to 10 employees. Additional employees are not included in the giveaway and may be photographed at Jen Greer Photography's regular rates.
Scheduling: The winning business must schedule and complete the session within [3 months] of being notified. The date and time will be mutually agreed upon.
No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing photography services does not increase the likelihood of winning.
Winner Selection: The winning business will be selected by Jen Greer Photography based on factors including the business's story, photography needs, suitability for the session and potential to showcase the value of professional team headshots.
Marketing & Portfolio Permission: By entering this giveaway, the business agrees that, if selected as the winner, Jen Greer Photography may use photographs created during the complimentary session for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, promotional materials, studio samples, publications and other marketing purposes, without additional compensation.
The winning business agrees to communicate this requirement to all participating employees and ensure that participating employees understand that their photographs may be used for these purposes.
Before the photography session, participating employees will be required to sign a model release authorizing Jen Greer Photography to use their images for marketing and promotional purposes.
Jen Greer Photography retains the copyright to all photographs created during the session.
